How to resolve hung payment proposal problem in Infor M3

If your payment proposal is hung in Status "CHANGING" in APS130/APS137, please try below steps to resolve this
You can release this proposal from 'Program Problem. Solve' (CRS418), by first selecting AP03 'Prob' 03 and then entering the concerned Payment Proposal number and Order (as listed in APS130/B1). You should then be able to process this proposal as required.
